  • The concerts will take place on 10, 17 and 29 August in a secret space in the historic venue.

OK Mobility, the global mobility platform, reinforces its commitment to Mallorca's cultural agenda and the summer launches the Acoustic Sessions by OK Mobility together with the Palma Auditorium. A cultural project that arises from the need to support and give visibility to independent musicians and that in its first edition will feature performances by Marwán, and Mallorcans L.A. and Anni B Sweet.

The concert series will kick off on 10 August with a concert by Marwán, while L.A. and Anni B Sweet will take the stage on 17 and 29 August, respectively. This series of acoustic performances will be held at dusk, in a secret space in the Mallorcan Auditorium, and will be a unique and exclusive experience for a small audience of 200 people. In fact, tickets for the concerts will be raffled through OK Mobility's social media channels.

"It is part of OK Mobility' s DNA to contribute to the main cultural and sports events on our island, where our headquarters are located. On this occasion, we want to go a step further and help more artists to be present in our city; and what better way than to have one of the most emblematic bands of our island, such as L.A., accompanying them by launching a message of visibility and support for independent musicians, and we are already working on extending this exclusive musical project to more cities and formats", explains Pedro Pablo Sastre, Chief Marketing & Digital Officer of OK Mobility.

An event that confirms OK Mobility's commitment to culture, as demonstrated by the agreements reached as the main mobility partner of major music festivals such as the LOS40 Music Awards, the Mallorca Live Festival, the Reggaeton Beach Festival, the Vive Latino or the SanSan Festival in Benicàssim, in Spain; or the Primavera Sound Porto, in Portugal.

Independent talents in Mallorca

Madrid-born singer, composer and poet Marwán, who is regarded as one of the most important voices of Spanish singer-songwriters for the last decade, is coming to the Palma Auditorium to present his forthcoming album Canciones para una urgencia (Songs for an emergency). The new album will be released in September and will be a compilation of his greatest hits with a different twist, so his concert at the Auditorium will be the perfect occasion to get to discover these new versions. The raffle for tickets to the concert will run from 17 to 31 July.

For their part, L.A. are old acquaintances of the Mallorcan public and one of the main players in the Balearic indie rock, returning to their home just a few months after presenting the re-release of Heavenly Hell, their acclaimed 2009 album and the band's turning point. Tickets to see the band led by Luis Alberto Segura will be available on OK Mobility's social media between 17 July and 7 August.

The concert series will be closed by Anni B Sweet, who just a couple of months ago consolidated her position in Mallorca as one of the most important voices on the independent Spanish music circuit. The Malaga-born singer also won five MIN awards at the Palma Auditorium thanks to her new album signed with Los Estanques. Those who win tickets, which will be raffled off between 24 July and 14 August, will be able to enjoy some of the hits from the singer's more than fifteen-year career.
